The Greenspec hardware is produced at Synspec in Groningen. The boards are manufactured in a dedicated factory, that also builds high quality analytical systems for air quality control. At the production site in the Netherlands Synspec builds and tests all units.

The modular program has a help function on every page. By clicking on the F2 key you have access to the page of the manual that gives explanation on the function and some suggestions for good settings. This client assistance is extended each year.

Greenspec and the Greenspec installers give client assistance by using Teamviewer. They can contact to the computer via remote access to help you, while you are sitting in front of your computer.
