AFP: the connection unit to control and to read data

The Agriculture Function Print connection unit

The sensor data in your greenhouse must be read, transmitted and saved in the central control unit. The computer controls in return the functions like valves, vents, screens or ferti units. Greenspec developed for this a flexible line of control units, named AFP in six variations.

1  AFPD02 standard with 20 inputs and 20 outputs, our general workhorse. It is a good choice for small installations, with just one or two AFPD you can manage the simple installation completely. In large installations 5 to 20 AFP02 are used in as many compartments.

2  AFPD 63 with 63 outputs, for many output commands. This one is cheaper if you have many outputs. Especially useful if your water circuit uses many valves. It is also a favorite at installations using flexible light systems. You can then switch on and off as you wish.

We supply both in the same housing.

3  AFP Lite: a small unit with 7 inputs and 4 outputs, to use at a local point, and control a few functions. Often you can choose to complete a greenhouse with this without buying an extra AFP02.

4 the Nano line reinforcer: to use in a larger greenhouse to reinforce the optical signal: the maximum distance of the optical line between to optical boards is 120 meter.

5 the Nano meteo combined with Thies WSC11: to pick up the signal of the compact Thies meteo station

6 the Nano SHT measurement station, including a temperature, humidity and if wanted also CO2 measurement

Greenspec has launched a new compact but very complete mixing station that is regulated by our own greenhouse automation system. We now add options for larger systems within the same high quality concept.
New: the Greenspec app that gives you always quick access to some essential data as soon as you load it. Try the new version. It will save you a lot of time in giving a quick data access.
